Vanessa Certain, Owner

Vanessa has worked in construction for more than 20 years. She grew up in a family of builders that started in the 1960s and began on the administrative side right after high school, learning how a house comes together from the foundation up. In 2013 she founded VEC Development to build homes the way she believes they should be built: personally, transparently and with care for every detail. She meets with every client and stays involved through the final walkthrough.

Cane Lige, Project Manager

Cane holds a degree in Construction Management from FIU. He coordinates trades and subcontractors, keeps each job on schedule and stays in close contact with homeowners so they always know where their project stands. Clients appreciate his positive attitude and quick responses.
